Candidate Information Do you REALLY pay Candidates HALF of your fee? Yes! We recognise that we’re only as good as the quality of the candidates we attract. You do most of the hard work and we think you should be rewarded accordingly. Upon completing three months service at your new employer we will send you a cheque Our client fee is 5% of starting salary subject to a minimum of £2000. The minimum you will be paid for finding a job through us is £1000 What if I want to apply to a job which is not listed on your Website? We will be happy to act as an intermediary in this situation and promise that (unlike other consultants) we will not put forward additional candidates until your application has reached a conclusion. You will still get half of the placement fee Will my CV appear on your website? Most of our placements are from employers who request candidate details from the website and contact us for more information. We very carefully write the summary profiles to protect your anonymity. For your assurance, we will email you a draft of the proposed wording which you must approve before we display it on the website What makes The Jobs Group different?
