Why are our fees so low?
We charge 5% (subject to a minimum fee of £2000) whereas our competitors charge 20-30%. We exclude indirect salary items such as pension, bonus & company car when calculating our fee.

E.g. For placing a Financial Controller on £35k with a £5k bonus and a company car.

Michael Page will charge 35k+5k+5k = 45k x 30% = £13500
ECHM will charge 35k+5k+6k = 46k x 30% = £13800
Reed Finance will charge 35k+5k+4k = 44k x 25% = £11000
The Jobs Group will charge just £2000
