Why do we pay candidates half of our fee?
Our primary objective is to attract and represent the very best candidates…so you can recruit them.
Why are our fees so low?
We charge 5% (subject to a minimum fee of £2000) whereas our competitors charge 20-30%. We exclude indirect salary items such as pension, bonus &
company car when calculating our fee.
E.g. For placing a Financial Controller on £35k with a £5k bonus and a company car.
Michael Page will charge 35k+5k+5k = 45k x 30% = £13500
ECHM will charge 35k+5k+6k = 46k x 30% = £13800
Reed Finance will charge 35k+5k+4k = 44k x 25% = £11000
